A new paper detailing the design, manufacturing and testing of a novel ingestible device capable of high resolution recording of changes in gastrointestinal pressure has been published in Device. The ingestible device can measure both luminal and contractile gastrointestinal pressure due to the use of a flexible, microfabricated pressure sensing skin.
